We host three kite events each year! Please see below for dates and more information about these and other events!

Winter 2026

Beach Markers 1-20 | Starts 10 AM | Free!

Love is in the air and so are the kites! Watch the sky explode with color as kites of all shapes and sizes soar above the beach. Bring your own kite and join in or just relax and enjoy the show! Weather permitting.

There may even be a night show with night kites!

Visit us in person at Fly It Port A on Friday (02/13) or Saturday (02/14) during our business hours (9am - 5pm).

We’re located at 405 W Ave G, right in the heart of Port Aransas.

One entry per person. Must be 18 or older to participate.Winners will be notified by PHONE/EMAIL on Sunday (02/15) morning, and you can pick up your prize at your convenience during our business hours.
